– 16th June, 2021, MAW organised a Project Day, to emphasize the physical and mental health for the secondary school kids. 44 pupils and 3 teachers attended the Let’s Breathe Together! workshops we organised. As European School of Breath, we were very happy and proud to presented 48 Certificates of Attendance at the end of the day!
Age group: 12 to 13 year-olds (during school hours)
– 22nd April, 2022, MAW organised, for a second year, the Project Day. European School of Breath was invited again to guide them through activities on physical and mental health, that focus on breathing. We did body exercises, breath dance, breathing awareness exercise and breathing with the breathing ball, and we discussed about EXAMFEAR and how to overcome it, using specific breathing techniques. We are very happy and proud to presented 58 Certificates of Attendance, to our young participants and to their teachers, at the end of the day!
