European School of Breath is happy to offer this very special FREE breathing sessions to the parents and kids of European Schools in Brussels.
Organised together with Hand In Hand, a parents’ initiative of the European Schools in Brussels, we had many curious kids with their parents in front of the screen! They enjoyed a lot of breathing exercises, games, dancing and singing. And they closed the evening with a very relaxing meditation that guided them staright to the bed…
